I'm in the Southern Hemisphere, so I graduate high school in December 2014 - So it will take longer than you thought
Anyway, I fully plan on going to university, especially since there are very few non-university options for higher education in Brazil, and should I pass the entrance exam, I will go to a Federal university, which is free - If things go spectacularly well, I will pass the exam to get into the ITA (Institute of Aeronautical Technology - It's easily the best university in Brazil to do physics, but has the hardest entrance exam in the country) to do Aerospace Engineering, and that university does weekly military training courses for freshmen, which fulfills my mandatory conscription obligations as well.
