Well, I'm not to happy with the state of the NES atm. We have, at most, 8 players and 13 NPCs, which is really discouraging, and plus NES just literally broke in half. Moreover, school has started for me. In my honest opinion, it's not worth continuing but if you want to keep going I'll try to pitch in--though you'll have to continue taking lead. I know it's pretty terrible of me to say that, but we had a good run and at this point the players just aren't there.

Haven't started. Things have been too crazy with the exodus that I was waiting for things to calm down and we'll see how it stands. At the moment, y taste has soured for NESing in general but I'll try to start some work on the update tonight.

I just finished it.
I changed a few things- like the name of the Chairt vassal- for the sake of consistency with my files and the previous updates and some PMs that were sent.
But otherwise the update looked good so i posted.

Hey, I'm really sorry for being so flaky. It's completely my fault.
That said, it's not getting any better. I won't be around until Wednesday next week, but after that I should be available fairly consistently. We can meet then, I suppose, and I can do my share of the update.
You absorbed the Herites so early that the benefit was negligible other than the extra land and the small treasury that they had. (It appears that you did not gain gold, but remember- you had spent a bit on the Adnrophagi)
As for horse archers- it is a no. Later on, horseback riding will be available and the horse resource will be necessary to raise armies of horse archers. Perhaps i will list more technologies on the front page because i'm sure others are wondering the same thing... -
