Mod files rescued from Apolyton backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Blake also translated scenario introduction text from Spanish to English using Google.

Original Description/Intro:
We are in the year 2089, after years of biological bombardments on Mars,
the planet has become habitable. The first colonies that I install
NASA, rebelled against land power and have asked for a null intervention
terrestrial in Martian affairs. The rebels are anarchist groups that
they must drive the ground forces off the planet. The other powers are
coming from Earth and want to establish their own empires. The
Europeans and their Asian allies are the most powerful, the associations
New Spanish, Soviet and Anglo-Saxon women are also trying to make their way
but its technique and power is inferior.
Will you be able to expel the Earthlings from Mars or will you create your own empire on this rich planet?
