About:
A Star Trek space scenario by J.L. Nijholt inspired by Microprose's excellent STTNG Birth of the Federation game.
Mod files rescued from CivFanatics backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Some of Nijholt's custom terrain1 replacements had a different black shade to terrain2 so Blake fixed it. Also Blake replaced the old Civ2 spaceman Title.gif that had transparency errors with a new one that better matches Nijholt's BOTF theme.

^At the end of the twentyfirst century space travel became common in the Alpha Quadrant.
^Several races proved to be in existence. These were:
^the KLINGONS, a race of fierce warriors
^the FERENGI, cunning male chauvinist traders
^the ROMULANS, with their secretive ways of obtaining technology
^the FEDERATION, the only power adhering to democratic government
^the CARDASSIANS, ruled by a military regime
^the NON-ALIGNED WORLDS, most prominent among which were the Sheliak
^and finally the BORG, a cybernetic race originating in the Delta quadrant.

^Recommended: Humans
^A bit easier: Cardassians, Ferengi, Klingons, Romulans
