About:
A year 3K apocalypse Fallout inspired scenario from the 1999 SDC on a large world map by Michael Daumen.
Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Blake added Terrain2.gif from the Microprose CiC Apocalypse scenario. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Original Description/Intro:
Despite the technological marvels in place by the early 22nd Century,
^several groups of mankind retreated into large underground vaults in
^what they termed a bold plan to continue the evolution of civilization.
^Hearing reports of a crisis of nuclear proliferation on the surface,
^they severed all ties with the world above and awaited the day the
^psychohistorians predicted would allow a return to the blue skies above.

^It is 850 years after the destruction of society. The time has come.
^
^Only the Merkins, New Russians, New Europeans, South Afrikans, and Chinese are for play. Negotiations are limited between vault tribes only.
