Civ 3 Plus : Used as a Base

This is a new mod I made in a couple of months. This mod using Civ 3 Plus as a base, and
adds custom units mostly from other mods. Some content from "Conquest Scenarios" were not
in the Civ 3 Plus mod, and they have been added to this mod as well. Installation is normal, the
same as most other scenario mods. The reason there are two biq files is; one of them has a
few custom Civs, while the other one has all the Civs from the original game. This mod has been
play-tested for a few more days, but I think a lot more play-testing is still needed. I have made many
fixes since the last time I uploaded the last version. This update contains new units and buildings that
were not in the previous version. Many things have been changed since the previous version. I still
have not added a "Scenario Description", I will do that the next time I update.

I'm sure there will still be many updates. Maybe i'll even add scenarios with this mod as a base.
For me, this mod has been uploaded at the end of December, 31st, 2024, but for many people, this
is now 2025, so happy New Year! This version has been added February, 27th, 2025.
