Erlend's interface improvements 1.5

• Original Civ 3 city graphics, enhanced to be clearer and more colorful. All cultures, eras and city sizes included
• Redrawn menu buttons (Main Menu, Civilopedia, Advisors) in a style consistent with the original game
• Civilopedia navigation made more intuitive. Active navigation arrows and buttons are blue, inactive ones blend with the background

• Included file for darker railroads that look more industrial and realistic
• Redrawn team color discs, medium thickness. Used in 2021 EXPANSION version 8.1 and onwards. The old extra thick team color disc used in versions 7.5 through 8.0 is also included
