Original Description/Intro:
^This scenario is simply a modification of the Napoleon scenario
which comes with Civ II Conflicts in Civilization.

^In 1798, to strike at British trade with the East, Napoleon led
an expedition to Turkish-ruled Egypt, which he conquered. His fleet,
however, was destroyed by the British admiral Horatio Nelson, leaving
him stranded.
^
^However, as history tells us, he did not stay stranded for long...
^
^OBJECT: The French (protagonist) should take as many objective cities as
possible. The rest need to prevent it.
^
^^SPECIAL NOTES
^No technologies may be acquired by conquest.
^Government switching is not permitted.
^There are no barracks or port facilities--veteran units must be earned.
