Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.
No author details anywhere. If you are the author or you know who is please contact Blake to fix this.
v2.0 = Blake added some custom terrain graphics from Rick Lee II's Space Colony Modpack. If you don't like them just delete Terrain1.gif and Terrain1.gif as Dorian's original had none at all.

Original Description/Intro:
After a long journey, your colonists have arrived at
Alpha Centauri II. You discover, however, that you are
not alone on this harsh new world... Ruins of the outposts
of an advanced ancient civilization dot the landscape. And
other alien races have sent colonizing forces of their own.
Now you must struggle against them and the very environment
itself, as you seek to become... Master of Alpha Centauri.
