A total conversion space scenario by John Mavin where humans and aliens attempt to survive an invasion from a advanced alien species.
Mod files repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE.

Original Description/Intro:
^THE STORY: Six struggling civilizations have just
developed space-faring technology. All of these
human worlds are hungry to explore and colonize space.
Unfortunately, they are not the first civilization
to make it this far. Rumours abound of seven other
races who are far more technologically advanced.
One of which--the Chelonians--is bent on intergalactic
conquest.

^RECOMMENDED: Any civilization but the Chelonians.
^
^OBJECT: To conquer the galaxy if Chelonians (protagonists),
otherwise, to prevent it and stay alive.
^
^SPECIAL NOTES
^No technologies may be acquired by conquest.
^Negotiations with the Chelonians are not permitted.
^This scenario is tough to win.
