024 and Grigori

If the Grigori no longer get Adventurer points, how do they get adventurers? Do they just automatically spawn in the capital?

Increase the number of your taverns and adventurers guilds and run the apprenticeship civic (I guess it has been renamed in .24) :)
 
Assuming Ahwaric didn't change my setup too much, your capital will give you an initial boost in order to help fight the turn decay... Should start around a 6% chance per turn. After that, it will increase for each tavern, adventurer guild, and whatever other buildings originally supplied Adventurer points... Apprenticeship will boost it as well, or whatever Ahwaric renamed it to. :lol:

My test games up to 250 I got around 4... Slightly more than I'd have had before the change, but it'll balance out towards the end game... Unless you expand rapidly, it's a pain to keep the counter up.

I just played a game on Normal speed with the Grigori. I think I got 8 Adventurers in the first 100 turns...
 
So what has become of the Grigori World Spell. That used to be a great way of summoning a bunch of adventurers (and the occasionally other GPP) in a time of need.

it is now good at getting any type of Great person :)

Okay, but:

A) the counter on the screen never went over 4%, I got double that (I know, it's random and only one case, but still)

B) Adventurers are powerful, getting 8 of them felt too much
 
Yeah, seems like we're getting a lot of adventurers... I did spawn four of them in 40 turns :lol: Maybe it is just pure luck?

Maybe the "natural" Adventurer chance could be reduced, but in return the Grigori could gain the ability upgrade any of their GPs to Adventurers.
 
Question: I think that "Apprenticeship" has been renamed to "Vasselage," but when I adopt it, the little counter at the top-left corner (which I assume is the chance per turn to get an adventurer) doesn't go up ... why?

I assume that it's scaled by gamespeed, so were you playing with normal speed?
 
Is is just me, or do the AI's not know how to use their adventurers?
Every time I have the Grigori in a game, they end up being wiped out by the lizardmen or something in the first 150 turns.
