Description: When I meet Victoria, she looks... like a demon.

This is a reproducible bug (for my system at least)

To Reproduce:
1. Load the given save.
2. Move northern scout to the left onto the hills as far as he can go.
3. Research Sailing next.
4. Move the scout at the bottom part of the map one tile up and to the left. (this will locate Victoria's scout and show you the bug).
Edit: If I turn off animated leaders, it does not do this anymore. But if I turn it back on it does.
