[GS] [1.0.0.328] unit abilities tooltip problem

I'm playing as Mapuche. The Toqui ability gives units built in cities with a governor 25% exp bonus.

Upon creation, the unit gets the Toqui ability and it shows in the tooltip. Even if I merge units with Toqui ability with others that do not, the Toqui ability transfers to the Corps/Army.



After a few turns, the Toqui ability will no longer show in the tooltip?



Is this a bug? Or is the Toqui ability temporary?
The above images are of my Tank unit. I also tried this with my Battleship unit and the Toqui ability appears, then disappears in the tooltip after a few turns.

[1.0.0.341] If a unit is under effect of Great Person and moves out of it's range, the tolltip still shows that this unit has the ability (fixed in 1.0.1.501).
