I am using Win 7.
When I open the game it asks for Civ 6 and Civ 6 with dx12 and win 10. I tried the second option but nothing happens. When I try the first option the screen becomes black and I can see the "loading, please wait" for a few seconds, then it stops and crashes and it notifies me of a crash report.
I tried reinstalling directx and vcredist. I tried verifying integrity of game cache in steam. I tried reinstalling the game.
1 thing that helps me remotely but not everytime is that I exit steam and start the game from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Binaries\Win64Steam and even that doesnt start everytime.
Any ideas to try more please?
