I started building Stonehenge. Volcano eruption destroyed source of stone (marked with red). But construction of wonder continues without stone. For me it is a bug - game should check if requirements for the wonder are still valid (like with Ruhr Valley - pillaged factory cancels building of it until repaired).

Yeah it's very hard for the devs to do anything without a save file.

Once you start something, it seems like you can continue even if you don't meet the requirements anymore. I've started the a religious building of the religion of one of my neighbors, and even if another neighbor converts that city to a different religion, I can finish the one I started. I vaguely remember I can switch off of it and switch back later. Likewise I think for units that require oil, and you lose your supply. Sorry, no save gave, but it should be pretty easy to check. For Stonehenge, just start it, then harvest the stone.
