Well, Ive started a thread for the map of 180x180 with all Civs starting out more advanced. Most Civs have they're wonders too.

I tweaked English a bit more.(Shakespears Theater!)

I gave the Ottomens,Russians and Mongols more Territory.

I have not downloaded your mod to DYP yet, as I have not the time to give it a proper go. When I have the time you will probably have updated it - so I will wait.

But what I would suggest is that you edit your first post of this thread to describe the modifications you have made and why.

A description of the changes you have made to the DYP mod and what you are aiming for, may encourage more people to download it and give it a try.
