It's up two the two parties at war, if they want to disclose war information or not. Should be exciting either way.

Onclouds forgot to attach the file in his e-mail to me and I expect he is asleep right now so our cycle will be broke up a little bit. Perhaps it was all the excitement of going to war that did it.
One thing I would like to know… was this a formal declaration or a surprise attack? If this was a formal declaration then my hat goes off to you 1889. you are a true gentleman.

Well, I'm afraid I'm a cad then. 30 seconds after declaring war my frigate sank a galleon just outside Arab waters probably returning troops from the China campaign.
Rest assured however that the commander of that vessel will be called upon to fully explain his actions in front of a court martial. I personally am outraged.
