100 Civs?

Hey there, I'm working on this ridiculous earth map project for myself. If completed I'll probably post here here on civfanatics for anyone else to try. I'm cramming a monster amount of civs onto a version of Rhye's earth map.
I need a Gamecore that can allow for 100 civs. I currently have 67 Civs I want on this map, and the number may grow, though, probably not over 80 though.
I've been searching, found one gamecore for 50 civs, and 40 civs, but nothing up in the 70-100 range. Can anyone help point me in the right direction or tell me how to edit one? I've done some work with XML before, but I have a feeling the DLL is out of my league. Help/Advice?
 
The change of numbers is done in the dll. As far as I know, there's a hard limit of 62 players, not counting Barbarian player. If you try to put more, the game crashes.

Actually the DLL doesn't appear to have any limits regarding the number of players. However if you set it too high, something inside the exe will crash. This is a big difference because we can recode anything in the DLL, but nothing inside the exe. In other words this is one of the hard limits we can't really do anything about, at least not without some... really interesting and major recoding.
