lol, i say yes. That and the movie which was pretty good. But i would think that a semi-known-about Civ would allow for options and too i think he has some nice chariot models that would work well for a UU.

Yes there is

You would first need to create the xml to add the units to CIV (CIV4ArtDefines_Unit.xml) and then the xml which uses them for the middle ages (CIV4UnitArtStyleTypeInfos.xml) .
