[112] Upgraded Polynesian Caravel can not enter ocean

A freshly built Polynesian caravel can (pre-astronomy), yet one upgraded from a tririme cannot. Bugfix idea: make the polynesian palace remove the 'Astronomy Needed' promotion?

I can confirm this second-hand pre-112 as well. Even weirder (and perhaps helpful), the trireme could also enter deep water, but the upgraded caravel couldn't.

This is a rather weird and interesting bug. It's a vanilla problem that probably wasn't caught by Firaxis because in vanilla the only unit with this attribute is Workboats, which do not upgrade. I'll add a hack to manually remove the promotion when upgraded if the player is Polynesia. Thank you for bringing this up!
