153 CIVUP only (VEM disabled) porcelain tower desc incomplete

This may have been fixed in 152.1 beta, but it is back. I just used the in-game browser to download 153, disabled VEM and found the porcelain tower description did not list the 50% bonus from research agreements. I understand the bonus is probably still there, just not listed in the description.

BTW I checked for a few other previous bugs and found them fixed. Great job and thanks for your work!

If any lurkers wonder why my screenshot shows AI priorities and theirs doesn't, I had edited the option in the SQL file in the mod.

I just downloaded 156 through the in-game mod browser. Disabled VEM, started up a game, and the porcelain tower description doesn't mention a bonus to research agreements.

Hmm thanks for mentioning that. I thought I'd fixed it earlier, but now see a second mistake. It should be working in v157.1.
