Brazil Invades South America
The Brazilian Army recentry did a two pronged assault of South America, Attacking the nations of Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina.
They first started with assaulting the states of Paraguay. They crippled most of the country and took the north and the Eastern portions of it. The 500 tanks quickly rolled over the unaware infantry. But due to poor planning much of the industry, economy and agriculture was destroyed.
Then the Brazilian Navy and Army assaulted the small nation of Uruguay. Quickly destroying the single Destroyer and most of the defending army quickly surrendered. Like in Paraguay large amounts of industry, economy and agriculture were destroyed.
The main battle was fought in Argentina. Where most of the armies that attacked the other two countries came together and destroyed much of the defending army. The small Navy and air force of Argentina were destroyed, and the armies retreating to the southern tip of the country.
This fast attack with mobilized Infantry and Tanks has been called Guerra de relâmpago or War of Lightning.

Paraguay losses- 2,50
Argentina- 31,000 regulars, 17 destroyers, 25 fighters, 173 transport trucks, 20 landing craft, 9 transport ships
Guerillas in Galapagos Islands
Guerilla Activity in Galapagos Islands has killed many. They call themselves Libertad or Freedom. They are socialist fighters and have been able to attract over 20,000 fighters, overwhelming the Ecuadorian presence there. They were able to take over the islands somewhat peacefully with only 1,000 deaths in total. The area is currently in a state of peaceful anarchy while the regime is setting up a new government. The guerillas were also able to capture a destroyer and are currently repairing it.
