Here are German tank numbers for Sept. 3 1939 (start of the war)
1447 PzKpfw I
1226 PzKpfw II
98 PzKpfw III
211 PzKpftw IV
200 speciallised command and communications tanks.
from which PzKpfw I and II were rather obsolete.
III were good but undergunned.
from which it was the PzKpftw that were the reliable outstanding ones.
1939 strenght of german navy:

6 heavy cruisers
3 light cruisers
22 destroyers
20 torpedo boats
59 submarines.
as of the air force, germany had the largest airforce indeed, but your numbers are too high.
when is the nes starting? 1939? if so, austria and Czechoslovakia should be part of Germany.
