2nd city location

First game in over a year, 2nd spot looks tricky.
FYI:

• Immortal / NHNE / Roosevelt (IND / ORG)
• This is not an isolated start, at least one civ to my northwest
• I'm planning to go for Oracle, BW is finishing up

• Site A:
  • Looks good with grass Sheep and oasis
  • Pretty far from capital for 2nd city
• Site B:
  • Can focus on work boat while I get a 2nd worker and 2× chop for Oracle
• Site C:
  • Can share already improved tiles

I want to do site B, but I think C is the better option. Thoughts?

Definitely Site B: Coastal fish is the strongest tile far and wide. Plus you start with fishing. And silver will provide some welcome commerce.

I'd have skipped Animal Husbandry here in order to reach Bronze Working earlier. Pastured sheep give only 1f1c more than farmed ones and being able to chop earlier is crucial here.

A worker irrigating a plains farm because of nothing else to do is not really better than a worker just chilling and waiting for the techs to finish.

Also, not really sold on the Oracle idea. Which tech are you targeting and when? Wheel&Pottery should have priority because of your capital's nice green rivertiles
