While a nice summation, I think it's important to note (as the original poster did) that there are lots of bonuses that weren't listed. For example, there's a section that increases the value of a tech based on how much yield increase it grants, which would skew upwards both Mining and Agriculture. There's also a section that will increase a tech's score based on whether it grants access to a new resource, which would skew Bronze Working and Animal Husbandry upwards considerably.
You can use the original post as a good general guideline, but trying to use it to determine actual AI prioritization is going to end up overlooking too many other factors to be a useful exercise.
