What World War II US-made single-shot partisan's pistol, actually
tool longer to load than to produce (7 1/2 seconds)?

The Liberator .45. Designed and built in the US by a company that made sheet metal. In fact I think it was even made out of sheet metal. Used by the OSS in France but mostly I think against the Japanese.

What did General Clarence Huebner celebrate with, after being notified that American forces had just linked up with Russian forces at the Elbe in '45.

What did Jimmy Carter, future President rolled his feet on before his admission to the Naval Academy at Annapolis believing it would cure his flat feet.

What did Private Soria use in part to assist his defence against Japanese tanks in the Phillipines in December 1941?

(the answer is the same for all four questions)

Champagne bottle?  -excellent question, I don't really

have a clue :crazyeye: .

Bottles yes but beer.... no.

One of the few historical facts that was correct in the movie Pearl Harbour was a quick flash of the bottles that contain this beverage being used in blood transfusions.

What was the WW2 beverage of choice of all these famous people?

wasnt it whiskey?... i know this one but cant seem to remember it.

Nope not whiskey. Think of what sort of bottle would encourage Jimmy Carter to roll it beneath his feet.

No not moonshine. Remember this is a beverage that went to war and was available in all theatres as evidenced by the question.
