.

I've always had great vision, but it concerns me when I can't tell what my algebra teacher is writing on the board from the back of the classroom.

Perhaps it's degraded somewhat. I know people that had great vision a year or two ago and need glasses now.

I can usually make it out if I squint. Plus, it helps when the new teacher actually writes not only legibly, but also in large font.

It would be good to at least have your eyes checked out. If you let it go on it can make your eyes even worse and can give you headaches and can impede learning and other functions.

I think my eyesight is 120/20

I may have said that wrong. Is it how you see things first or others? What I meant was I have really good vision.

My Dad and grandfather were both in the army, but neither served during a war. I do recall my dad telling me a funny story about the Italian army marking him down as eligible for conscription (he's a dual citizen) and he had to get a lot of paperwork filled out thorough a lot of bureaucracy to get deferred. With regards to distance my eyesight is roughly normal but I have a horrible astigmatism.

How are you technically in the army? :p

My great grandfather served in World War One, and my great great great grandfather served in the American Civil War (fought in Gettysburg), but other than that no other stuff.

My dad's dad parajumped into the town my mom's mom lived in at the time in Germany in World War II :)

How are you technically in the army? :p

The Ministry of Defence sends everyone a letter in the year they turn 17, which states that you're in the database, and will be conscripted in wartime.
Basically, "you're a conscript but not"

I think most countries do that. America does that. So you're not technically in the army :p

Well not quite. If you don't sign up at first they'll ask nicely, after asking nicely then they'll get more forceful, then finally if you still don't you will face legal charges.

Someone friend requested me too. They had a Jesus avatar with the face of some actor or something.

May have been, didn't look too hard.
