According to L. Vern paper "To the Glory of God" deserve a little buff

Current belief:
Use Faith to purchase any type of Great Person (in Industrial Era). When you expend a Great Person, gain +3 Gold, Science, and Culture per City following your Religion (max 20 Cities).

Proposed belief:
Use Faith to purchase any type of Great Person (in Industrial Era). When you expend a Great Person, gain +20 Gold, Science, and Culture, scaling with Era

Rationale: scaling with number of following Cities is a feature of Founder beliefs. To the Glory of God is Reformational one and deserve another scaler.

Cannot agree. While AI might not be optimizing it well, Glory of god is just "godly" in human hands. It needs absolutely no buff.
