9.9 Great General Point bug

I noticed every single wonder (including the capital palace) seems to give "Great General Points" in 9.9 despite the fact I only see this added for the Statue of Zeus in patch notes. I take it this isn't intended behavior?

It's actually giving the points too, I'm getting one from my palace every turn.

Thanks - that would explain the high GG rate in my two starts with 9.9.

I'm getting it from every single building... they all say "GG point : 1"
