Hey all. Currently playing with A New Dawn, if that makes a difference.

Just trying to track a couple non-constructed tech advantages around. For starters, I've noticed that you can trade technology right off the bat, no writing required. If this is intended, then Writing should probably have its tooltip adjusted. Likewise, I'm pretty sure that I was able to spread farm irrigation without Civil Service. Intended?

I'll compile all the inaccurate tooltips / tech holdovers here, if that would help at all. I'd be happy to edit the tooltips, but I don't know anything about the mechanics of modding.

You shouldn't be able to trade techs right off the bat. I just double checked, and in a new game on my computer, I couldn't start a trade.

Again, you should not be able to spread irrigation without Civil Service.

Most of the civilopedia is generated by the SDK, not by hand. It saves us a lot of writing. ;)

v2.9 patch focuses on updating all the tooltips (ie. Strategy entries) - there's some thousand tooltips that need to be checked and rewritten if they don't match the current settings and I'd expect this to take the next 3 months...
