Vjecši names are divided into three parts. The first is a common name, second is family name, third is forebear. Father for men, mother for women. Family names are passed onto children via their parents, typically with the male family name being taken ahead of the female name, though it is not a concrete rule. The most common exception is women sometimes taking their mothers' family names. Additionally, first names are all either 1 or 2 - syllable names. Family names 2+, and parent names obviously 1-2. Etiquette with referring to people by name goes that you should refer to them first and foremost by their common name. If two people have the same common name in, say, a group of coworkers, then they will refer to both by their parents' names, or common name, followed by parents' name. It is only in rare and unusual circumstances where a person is referred to solely by their family name.

There are tariffs. Thats why we make money on trade. Its assumed that there are reasonable trade tariffs in place already without you adding additional punitive degrees thereof.
