It is extremely important (or better, mandatory) that everyone proceed as described below. (It is necessary to avoid problems with multiplayer configurations)

Everyone must perform this procedure:

1. Save the file below.

2. Extract the file "GlobalDefinesAlt.xml"

3. Copy the file to the folder "Rise of Mankind - A New Dawn\Assets\XML", replacing the original file.
(Or, like in my case, "Rise of Mankind - A New Dawn 1.75C\Assets\XML")

Remeber to make a backup of the original file before replace it.
