A strange and disturbing situation....

Is this a Church school? I assume that it's a boarding school and the hostel is where your rooms are.

Hahha...no. Its not a boarding school thought both options are avaliable. It has both day scholars and boarders.

Are the boys known troublemakers? Is this just an excuse?

Everyone at the hostel is a troublemaker, and a known one at that, and personally I think the other people of the hostel have done much worse and more dangerous things like trying to set the campus on fire for instance, and hiding illegal drugs in their room. So why suspend these two for this while not suspending the rest for the far more dangerous things?

In my school, 3 people got expelled in the last 3 years for sex in school. And if you're going to ask why 3 people, and why not both participants in all 3 acts were expelled, well, it's because
Spoiler :
The others were not from my school. ;)

Any kind of sex is forbidden in most schools, not gay sex. :)

I dont think theres any way the school system could justify itself to parents and court if they allowed students to have sex.

What are you kidding? its not schools job to police students behaviour, at best they can demand that nothing illegal goes in the dorms and thats it.

Parents and court? if the students are at the age of consent, theres nothing a court or a parent can do to stop them from having sex. Free will and freedom and all that. I know, pain in the ass, isnt it?

The school can set up such rules, but that would defenitly fall into a gray legal area,no good judge would allow that (since they pay to live in the dorms) if it came to court. And as silver said the school had no such rules.

I was assuming this was K-12 because otherwise it wouldnt be an issue.

Hostel...er...dorm I guess, basically where the boarders stay.

I don't think so. I've had a wank in school. Been caught, been given a weird stare but thats all.

Eugh, WTH.

How old?

That tends to be the deciding question.

Here's what I've discovered in school. All those stats on 75% of students having sex is false. All false. There are slutty looking girls and stud-like guys but in truth, they have never had sex. I can see it in their faces, and I know ome of them. I pretty sure less than 10% of students have sex.

Now college. That's different.

Are you serious??

How old the people classified as "students" are? :)

What makes teen sex such a sure thing? Are you basically saying that students are almost always going to be sexually active?

I'm not sure what he means by "students", I mean I am not sure how old these students are. :)

I'm not sure about their ages, either.

One must ask whether they were comitted to one another, though.

AznWarlord is correct. In forum discussions it is often said by ignorant posters that virtually all teens are having alot of sex. This is nothing but assumption, and not even close to true. The average age for breaking your virginity is 17 for girls and 17.5 for guys. That's the AVERAGE for the FIRST TIME. So most teens are nothing having sex constantly like assumed by many posters, most teens haven't even had sex yet.

Don't be so sure about that. Atleast 50% of the juniors and seniors at my school are having sex that I know of. Some freshmen. Not too many sophomores. And I go to a private catholic highschool.
Students are definitely having sex.

or austere school officials?

First rule of thumb when talking to middle schoolers and highschool freshman, is dont beileve them when they say theyve banged 5 chicks in one night (or anything less).

Their maturity shows they didnt get laid.
