A suggestion for the mods in the two ot forums

Currently they are the same for both. But if this experiment really continues (i do hope it does) and is not just an april fool's joke, i think in the longrun the mods would need to be different in each forum (at least for the most part).

This is due to the easier task of being consistent when you have to moderate in a set way, and not in two supposedly very different ones by definition.

Of course this is not a thread about suggesting which mods will mod which part of the forum, just a thread of the supposed need for dedicated mods in each one.

Not in the works atm - I'd feel bad trying to force part of the team onto the more thankless job with the more responsibilities.

Some of us take care of a no of different subforums where different moderation styles are the norm - we can handle it.

So... end of story.
