about Plunder options

In 1.0.2.13 Fall Patch, heal bonus options added when combat unit plunder the improved tile.(+25 Heal per plunder)

but where can I find the detail options such as the amount of healing bonus?
I've looked around xml files and failed to find it.

anyone could tell me where the option is?
