Achievement save files for Civ VI

Yup.. something like that. It's a lucky shot at being anywhere near the proper rivers since the disasters are totally random and, once they start happening there's no guarantee OUR locations will receive *a* flood. I suppose the DAM(s) are (only) activated once there's been a "true" flood nearby.

EDIT; Follow-up...

@Yzman .. I can confirm a proper Disaster Flood must occur to validate a DAM drop on any of the targeted Floodplains tiles, otherwise they stay greyed-out on each other cities list.

As a result.. here's the plan for "An Engineer's Dream". Not sure yet if the GoldenGate Brige will connect there or if the Canal can transit between coast and Oasis though.
This Trojan game (Presently on Turn #150/Quick) should also offer that very rare Vesuvius Eruption (6 Pop-Kills by MegaCollosal) sooner or later & then, "Seahenge" (Stone_Flooding it) & possibly "Let Our Powers Combine" since a new river flood just occured far away where a Geothermal Fissure spot waits for me too!!

As a bonus -- everything would happen on a nice tiny isolated desertic Island away from Cleopatra and Pericles.
Yup.. a kinda poetic justice setup that i (still) enjoy from the Classical Era. ;)

PS: Suddenly, it really looks like Sea-Level rising #1-3 would have to rescue my silly choice(s) & replace that Oasis assumption (of a valid Lake) in order to dump a Canal somewhere near the speculative flat tile for GG-Bridge -- duh!

Took a bit of forward settling to get this one done. I even did large map to make it supposedly easier, but still had to massively forward settle Cyrus. Luckily he was my friend. Then he did some weird forward settling on me, guess I had it coming. He put cities clear on the other end of the continent, and for some reason they aren't flipping (does Persia have a loyalty mechanic? - they get one for occupied unit but they have not occupied unit)

Smorgasboard: Build the open air museum, you will have to press end turn and you should get the achievement at the beginning of the next turn.

Both require Concise UI and YaMP addons
1. An Engineer's Dream - hit next turn
2.
Sid Meier's Ditchdigging Simulator +
A Man A Plan A Canal Panama, hit next turn

Also both saves have a Stonehenge placed on floodable tile. But climate is so good, so you need to mass-build cities and raze forests for climate change to proceed...

Perform a Rock Concert in Cleveland

This one is cool because he says Hello Cleveland at the end. I'm pretty sure rock bands don't normally do that.

Okay finally got a diplomatic victory. Save is here for those who don't want to do it. It is very tedious on a large map. And victory with Sweden. I hope to finish winning all the Nobel Prize achievements tomorrow, it's too late to play any more today. I think I can get the achievement even after victory. I'm not sure how to get them to come up faster. I'll post that save tomorrow if I get it.

The Art of Telling Plain Truths: Press end turn, vote for Kristina to win Diplomatic Victory

Take On me: Press end turn, vote for Kristina to win Diplomatic Victory

Airing Your Grievances can also be obtained with this save: Press end turn, vote for someone other than Kristina (like Cyrus) to lose a Diplomatic Victory point.

Here is

An Engineer's Dream

in case the other one in here doesn't work since he said he used mods.

I am hoping to get a few more achievements out of this file as well.

Anyone knows if it's possible to reset one specific Achievement (on our Steam/Civ6 tracker process) back as "Unrevealed"!
I was simply curious about how someone had setup an attempt -- but that Save was post-trigger instead of letting us click next turn. Since i was very near to solve the same stuff for myself, i'd no longer be able to determine *IF* my own setup actually works as intended.

I don't believe there is unfortunately. I'm sorry if it was one of my save files. Sometimes I forget to save the turn before and think crap so I just upload the autosave of the final turn.

Was it my engineer's dream save? If its any conciliation, I can maybe tell you if your setup would have worked. That one was weird for me too as it doesn't trigger immediately when you build the final thing, it triggers on the next turn.

You may have already realized this, but this setup won't work. Golden Gate Bridge needs to have water on both sides, so would need to be one tile to the left to work. The canal I am not sure if oasis counts, you would have to let me know. The RR has to be on the city tile so I assume that the other city for the railroad is so that you can establish a road? I believe the military engineer can also build a road so thats probably not necessary either. Everything else looks like it works fine.

@Yzman ..

1) Yeah.. it was your "Engineer Dream" Save. But it's okay, no harm done buddy.. i'll just have to presume any of my next triggering attempts will be somewhat valid -- i've got this weird plan to put each of the most difficult (remaining == Long Panama Canal + Powers + Dream, etc) stuff in a single "CITY" if the correct location can be randomized for me. Should take a lot of trial steps to get it. This is how i should pull off the Trajan's Vesuvius (many MegaCollosals have occured already -- 3 + 3 + 5 while the rare 6 still awaits!) and SeaHenge with submerged flooding #3.

2) True.. i figured the GGB won't ever squeeze around that setup even if the incoming submerged top-left tile would probably have made it possible -- need to verify that high gamble stuff just for kicks. That city has been completely altered since the initial snapshot, btw.. the Railroad was eventually built without the predicted extra city on the island + Petra + CristoRedentor, etc.

Failed_Nightmare_AntiumIsland.png

The highlighted Worker is standing in the spot where i expected the necessary flooding!

EDIT!! It worked.. the submerged tile was south.. but the GGB would be built (in 7 turns) from that Mountain Tunnel. The other tile should be submerged too but in 10 turns. Oufff & Yeah.
Now onto SeaHenge in 10 turns (for a Level #3 flooding) & Vesuvius MegaBlast while hoping i can also get Powers Combined (another City North) close to that time (About Turn #260).

** Getting ready to soften up Cleopatra & Pericles with my superior Navy (Thanks to BigBen+RuhrValley+VenetianArsenal..) while also preventing an untimely CV from the Greeks.

PS; The WorldRanking panel is now hosting my latest Sco_R_ow mod structure updated to GS particularities from its earlier version. So far so good.. swift access to direct values (referenced by symbols only) & the sharp advantage of stacking much more Civs on screen. There's a lot of details to be consulted on the Score tab when i want to evaluate conditions rapidly in one quick visual scan!

Nobel-er than the Nobelist. Press end turn, vote whatever you want in the World Congress, it doesn't matter. At the beginning of the next turn you should get it.

Rock Gods. I actually delayed my victory worried this promotion wouldn't come up (and I would have to use the future civic policy card to get it). I left nearly all my great people unsettled. The bad thing is I have a lot of catching up to Kupe if I want tourist victory. It's looking tedious at this point. His culture is insane.

Anyways, Rock God: Perform a rock concert with the band Pink Letters in their current location. You should convert to my long gone Maple Leafs religion.

I was trying to get the win the emergency achievement with Wilfred, but I can't get it to trigger. :( It seems bugged out.
