When you contact another civ, you see a list of reasons such as past wars, trade, trade with enemies, borders, shared civics, shared religions, that add up to a number that is that civs attitude toward you, and effects their behavior to you.
Can you add a factor into that list, and/or edit how much value is applied to factors there?
I would like to see the number of military units effect attitudes, such that AI civs have a worsening attitude toward military buildups by the human player.
