Add units, etc on a normal editor

This may be old news, though I havn't read it elsewhere. You don't need a hacked editor. Just select the unit/ improvement name by pressing 'tab', or by using rename and canceling. Then press 'a' or 'd' to add or delete an item.

It is old news... However, it's even quicer to just press Alt + a for Add and Alt + d for delete without having to tab.

I found that out by mistake. I got POed at my puter and... well... you know the rest (-;
