Additional Content - Add On page not loading

Hi all, so I've been playing since Feb this year, and I've had really good luck with using the CivMods program (downloads from Civ Fan) that is up until yesterday. I had to do an uninstall of the game itself, and an uninstall of all the mods I had added and I deleted all saved games from all categories. But now, when it boots up the "additional content" option opens to an "add on page" that is blank and not even the correct size (if I remember correctly from the original). I DO have additional content, I have reinstalled CivMods but the ONLY Mod I've downloaded with it is the
TCS Improved Mod which, if everything was working correctly again would show the option for the Mod Page instead of the additional content button. Plus, I added a mod file from the steam site itself just to see if it would show up at all. Again, still nothing. At this point I have done several install/uninstall/reinstalls of the game and the CivMods program, and multiple reboots of my windows desktop. Anyone have any suggestions for resolving this so I can go back to using CivMods which I have been using (and LOVING) since it first appeared. Thank you

Just uploaded an update for TCS Improved Mod Page. Patch 1.2.4 broke most - if not all - UI mods.
