Helicopters can now fly over coastal regions and will only embark when in Deep Water. (Deep Ocean tiles)

Author's note - While I wanted to keep my mod DLL free, I feel this added too much to air units to have helicopters work correctly. Rest assured my next mods will not have DLL Required, but will require this mod and will work off the DLL that way. Whoward included a LOT of awesome things into his modded DLL that Firaxis should have put in from the get go or at least in a patch. Version 6.0 Change Log

Added Panavia Tornado GR1, Dassault Mirage 2000
FIXED - Promotions. Got rid of non-air promotions that let someone demolish a city with 1 strike (like a nuke). Changed them all around for more balance.

Added the TOP GUN wonder (be the first to build it!) --- This wonder gives a custom promotion for fighters and bombers produced in the city it's built in. Along with Military Aircraft hanger, you will get 4-5 XP promotions up front, plus the top gun promotion. Read civlopedia for more info. (I even took a sound clip from the movie). It requires Steel (Iron) and Oil to build (1 each) and can only be built by 1 civ. It is a bit expensive, but worth it if you like the air promotions.

Wrote an SQL file updaing the database if any new Civ's are added that have aircraft on my list, like Canada, Israel, Australia, etc. I was able to purchase/produce an F/A-18C as Canada
Wrote an SQL file updating the AI to heavily persue Air units. Hopefully this will work, and air battles will actually be a thing vs other Civ's and City States.

This mod is awesome. However, sometimes it crushes when I perform airsweep. I used this with Venetian Ca'Do'Te(or something) mod.
The unit that was in the "future tech" technology is not available for me, I've had Future tech repeated a few times and had all the alluminums and oils in the world at my disposal.

Crossbonez, I'll take a look at that - for airsweep/recon, make sure you are in DX10/11 version of the game, with gpu texture decode ticked ON.. it works for most people.

Just fired up the latest version and used "Really Advanced Setup" to have a play with many of your units, works perfectly. Airsweep/recon works well for me, the Nimitz Class Super carrier and Kuznetsov Class Russian Carrier beautiful. Thought I'd push the boundaries and combine with "Ethnic units" (yeah I know I shouldn't) couple of skin problems but only a couple I can live with that as "Advanced Air Units (v 2) "is a must have. Brilliant

it's probably the "CvGameCore_Expansion2.dll" conflicting

so, do a search in your documents/civ 5/mods directory for *.dll
Any mods that show up using a CvGameCore_Expansion2.dll that you are using the same time as my mod will cause the game to crash.

Depending on the mod, it could be that both the DLL's are identical and you can just remove the requirements for the DLL either from my .modinfo file or the other mod's file. I know for sure I am using Whoward's version 66 of the modified DLL (it is backwards compatible).

So for instance, I use Civ IV Diplomacy mod. I go into Civ IV Diplomacy mod folder, open up the .modinfo file, and delete the line requiring the use of the .dll file (both are Whoward's DLL file). To go farther, I delete the DLL out of the mod directory. I then run the game, knowing that my mod is the only one using a modded DLL, and both my mod and the Civ IV Diplomacy work great together. This is the only solution I have found so far. If you are unsure if a certain mod uses Whoward's DLL, check their page, or ask the author, or just give it a delete and see if it works. You can always unsubscribe or replace the mod if it doesn't to get a fresh copy.

you might be the man i could talk to, I'm trying to reprise a mod called "blood n honor" but there is one particular unit a "stewart light tank" no matter what i do when it appears in a game it's covered in white n red checkers, any ideas?
