Advisor Bug?

Playing 1st game with version 116, as Pachachutti
About turn 75 or so.

In a war with the Monguls, I went to attack an axeman from out of one of my cities. An advisor popped up and said this may not be such a good thing to do. No matter what I did I was not able to make the Advisors box go away.

Saved game... opened it up again, and everything seems to be ok...

If this happens again and you can provide more details, I might be able to figure out what's going on. I disabled advisers early on and haven't done any modding of that realm of the game, so it's unfamiliar to me.

I have played several hundred more turns without this popping up again. I will wait and see if anyone else has this problem before doing anything about this.
