Looks like those impis are tougher than pikes! 2 guerilla takes out 2 impi, but there is one redlined left. I'll take it next turn.

To next leader:
1. protect the oil. We can ignore the two marsh tiles as nobody can settle there (AI isn't smart enough to clear them first). Occupy all 7 dotted tiles and create a colony on the oil. We don't need the iron (the red dot), or we'd need 3 more units to protect it. Thus we need at least 7 units to do the job. Send those units there asap (we have a Galleon at home) and spare some from the front line.
This is highest priority! Soon the AI will send boats to settle there and they may land any where! Watch out! The rifileman and cav next to Zimbabwe should move to protect the oil instead of going to the front line.

you need to build a road to connect the oil to other cities!
2. Raze Ulundi (and get some slaves). I think there will be just 1 pike + 2 impi in the city. We are not in a hurry to take it out. Be sure to do 1 first. After razing Ulundi we can make peace with Zulu and bring the oil online.
3. Maya has two rubbers. We could always gift RP to it to be able to trade for it so we can build Tanks and Infantry.
4. We have 13 turns left for IA. We'll enter Modern Ages at turn 350. So we have 190 turns left. Now whatever free tech we get, we should be able to keep researching one 2nd level tech before we gift Sumeria and Ottoman to get their first level tech. However, we may want to gift asap to get Computers first for SETI/research lab if our free tech isn't it. And we may consider a steal instead of trade for their free techs.
