It is? I see the PediaIcon.txt and the TAC-map.zip, but unless these have the BIQ in them, then I still don't see it.

Sorry, the name TAC-map.zip is not correct, but the BIQ is in them. Download the TAC-map.zip and open it: there is the TAC.biq. But if you wait to dowload the TAC-map for few minuts, I will update them and change the name ;)
 
its interesting, i like it.

i like how it costs population points to create units. although it does make it hard to develop and enlarge your cities. maybe it gets easier with better land development from the workers.

hi there!

Well i guess there's one small thing i noticed. i dont have the game loaded up right now but i was playing as the hungarians and one of their border cities with the ottomans got culture flipped within a few years. the city had 0 culture and was producing 0 culture as well.

Perhaps if it was given a starting culture of lets say 10 that would be better. Or i could always have built a church earlier, but would the ai have known to do this to prevent the city from switching sides?

When I went to My Computer//C://program games//firaxis// etc, there are no text files at all.

I don't have the time to search this thread for a post that contains the text files.

Just so everyone is clear on this, in the TAC folder all I see is "art", not text.
 
You should turn off culture flipping.
 
How is the work on the Swahili City States, and have you given any thought on my suggestion of adding a new Civ in India.

Also, did you not play on replacing the Hungarian Civ with the Austrian Hapsburg Empire?

This is a strange thing. I have the .zip file on my computer and there are all the folders. If there is only the Text folder that you dont' have, I add the folder here as attachement. If you dont'have others folders, try to dowload the complete Mod folder from this:

You should turn off culture flipping.

I think that is more simple to add a starting culture of 10 and add a church,

Well, RF this are the problems. For the first question, I dont'have take a decision, even if I personally prefer the Swahili City States.

For the second question the problem is that after Charles V the Hapsburg Empire was split in two parts. So I change Hungary with Hapsburg but maintain Spain. This is an hard work because I have to change all the units, text files and so on. I will make the changes in the next days. ;)
