well at least this brings me back here - I'll try to also read up on the events stuff.

Sorry for disappearing, I had quite a bit of RL stuff going on that kept my Civfanatics time strictly confined to the moderating area. While I don't see whether I'll havem uch time for modding I'll try do a few minor things soon.
