AI Bonuses

I've downloaded Vox Populi today and I've noticed that the difficulty level is going from settler (where player has some bonuses) to Chieftain (where AI has bonuses).
There is a way to play with no bonus for AI and for human player, as it is Prince in un-modded game?

And regarding your question, the no-bonus level in VP is Settler. Mind you, the bonuses are not like in vanilla Civ5 where civs receive a lot of stuff at the very beginning and then you have to catch up, in VP they receive small boosts upon founding a city, advancing to a new era, etc., so the bonuses are nicely spread throughout the game.
