My apologies on the small image, I edited the post as to show the message below the image^_^

Ummmm... I love the idea of this scenario... But it isn't getting an error, and I am not entirely sure why... Here is the screen of it!

EDIT: Image is too small! It says that in PediaIcons.txt in the text folder it says it cannot find #ANIMNAME_PRTO_Phalanx, but I looked in that file and it is in there! I am not sure what is going wrong...

Looks like either a misspelling, or a wrongly-named ini file.
