Does any of you by chance have a short .wav-file or other audio file of the start of the moslem prayer? -For use in a sound effect.

I have browsed the web for some time now, but hasn't been able to find one. I know there's a perfect sound that fits the purpose in the film "The English Patient", but I don't have the equipment to record it. So, if by any chance... I'd be very grateful.

Allahu-akbar wav can be obtained from Age of Kings. It's the war himn of that blasted yeniceri. But i'm not sure, it can be also bismillah...

Morten, you aren't working on a Crusade scenario, I hope? I am doing the same thing you see.

there's a bright day after that,
so no matter how hard it get, stick ya chest out
keep ya head up and handle it.

Morten is working in a bigger project, he is making a modpack about all the middle ages from VIII century to Renaissance.

There is a opened thread about it. huge Medieval pack or something like this.

Hi kIndal and Willem!

Do you by chance have a wonderful sound effect of this type on your hard drives? -I am beginning to get a little desperate! -It's just when I have fixed my mind on this, I can't get it out of my head! -It should be possible, as there must be hundreds of games with religious fanatics or charging arabs.
-But I ended up with something less than useful. And I can't seem to find any of the combat sfx from AoE in the folders.

Dunno... but i still remember bizantine sounds were placed around in resource 6100 or so. Modpack studio can't allow you to browse them easily, but i think you can rip them all using Dragon UnPacker. It worked with chinese sounds i ripped from Fate of the Dragon DLLs. <IMG SRC="http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/smile.gif" border=0>

Oops! How stupid of me. Ofcourse I knew about his HUGE medieval patch. It just slipped my mind at the moment. Things happen, right.
Where can I download that thing you talked about, P? Surely I could use it to take some sounds from AoK as well.
