Spain, Belgium, and Ireland need to get it together.

I'm not sure if that blue blob is Portugal or Spain?

Ireland is yellow as we still have a big agricultural sector and most (40 or 50%) of EU spending is on agriculture.

Cyprus is a net contributor I guess cos they don't have a big agriculture sector and aren't as poor as the Eastern Europeans.

It's Portugal. Spain is the yellow thing that looks like a booger between Portugal and France.
