In China, the country has been riddled with uprisings! In Manchuria, rebels took control of the provincial government and annexed to Korea. Tibet annexed to India, and North Burma and Vietnam annexed to Indo-Asia.
Surprise attack on the Indian Ocean! Australian Marines totally surprised the German troops stationed in Madagascar and the Seychelles, with a huge landing force of over 100,000. The marines captured ¾ of Madagascar and the Seychelles so far.
In Egypt, Italian troops are now knocking on the door to Cairo after Italian forces routed Israeli forces in the Battle of Aswan.
In Morocco, British troops waltzed over their Spanish counterparts and have taken the region.
In the Azores, a fierce naval battle pitched almost equal fleets together. After almost 4 weeks of fighting there, the British finally took the islands.
In Western Europe, British forces pushed the Spanish back to the Pyrenees, where the British have wisely waited for reinforcements.

It is OBVIOUS that they want the island as a base for invading East Africa.
