Turn 1- No one decided where we should move the settler so I decided myself (no arguments from those that didn't suggest). I moved there becuase we get another cattle on plains and the coast which for this game is important. The only loss is some mountains (we still recieve 3 hills, this will be a settler factory by size 4!).
- Started irrigateing the wheat and citizen works on BG. Warrior started.
- Ooops, fogot to set science, science advisor asked me, I started Mathematics. I checked the Editor and Writing is the same cost, but no one realy could go for Mathematics unless thier Carthage. Set science to 20% to get it in 40 Turns.
- Irrigation finished. Road started.
- We are making 3gpt.
- Road finished. Started to move worker out of borders to the Cattle on the river to start irrigation.
- Warrior finished. Started Warrior again for MP. A stack of Viking units are shown on the mountain range. They have Pottery, WC and CB. We have Masonry and 24g over them. They have met the Romans or Spanish sinse they have Alphabet. They offer Pottery and CB on a rip of price and they will have to travel to the middle east to find an Industrious civ to get Masonry. I pass the trade for now. Though whats funny is that they came from our south, how did they travel THAT fast?
- Germany shows up on our borders with a spear. I give Masonry for Pottery, WC and CB from the Vikings. I trade Masonry and 18g to Germany for Mysticm. Germany now only has Bronze Working over us. Both civs are cautious. Changed citizen to wheat giving us 1 more gpt and saves us 2 turns in growing. We are at 4gpt. Began mining the Cattle.
- Paris Grows to size two, raise luxury. Met the Romans and they have BW and no gold, we have Mysticm over them. I traded Mysticm to the Vikings for 10g and BW.
- I see the Viking capitol. They are where Spain is supposed to be, wierd huh. We are technolically advanced.
- Paris built Warrior, started Granary. We expand captol colliding with England, THIS MEANS WAR (the cuture one I mean)! They had thier warrior in the sight, we contacted England. We are above them 3 techs. We met Japan sooo fast?!!?! I dont get it then, this is not correct starting locations, Japan has The Wheel but doesn't wanna trade it for a reasonable price.
- We are at 6gpt. Worker finished road and moved to the other cattle. Germany has the Wheel, traded Mysicm and 25g for it to Japan. We have horses in our capitol and one tile out of borders. Any minute now we should be seeing a city right next to us...
- We find a Roman city just south of us. No trades available.
- Paris grew to three, citizen on Game. Started mine on cattle. Capitol growing in 4 turns Granary in 10. Raised luxury. We are still maing 6gpt. We are at tech parity on 3300BC.
- Greek Hoplite shows up on our borders. They have a city over us.
- Germany settled right next to us, what did I tell you, on the horses. Technology is going slow.
- Boreing, Japan has Horses hooked up.
- Ahhh yes, Paris grew and will grow again in 4 turns when it finishes the Granary. Raised luxury, stayed at 6pt. Vikings built Bergen to the other side of us, we will be lucky if we could get one city, THIS MEANS WAR (the real one
). Traded Masonry to the Greeks for 35g. We are at 7gpt becuase worker finished road on Cattled, moved to the Wheat to irrigate.
- ...
- We are third in Wealthiest nations and Germany and Japn is first. Ugggg, no techs on the street, this is very slooooow.
- Ok, Granary finished and Paris grew. I fixed it so Paris Grows again before finishing the Settler, we will be lucky if we atleast get a city out, but I doubt it... Still no techs, raised luxury. We are at 5 gpt, becuase of no road.
Notes: I will let the next player pick when to start war in thier 10 turns. Keep our capitol at size 5 and six, no lower. Get at least two cities and start popping a couple horseys.
We will be alright, Vikings should be the first and Germany, I would say.
